? about Arizona points only

I've decided to get only points this year. It doesn't seem very straight forward to me for the application. I've already purchased the non resident hunting license. Do I just choose my point only code and send 5$, or do I submit the full amount per species and 5$? Thanks - Brian

If you have already purchased your hunting license, choose the point only code and send $5 only per species/application. Do not include the permit/tag fee (Reference page 2 and page 5 of the Arizona G&F 2005-2006 regulations).
