Wyoming area 61 elk near Cody, WY

A friend and I have hunted the Thorofare several times. However, were wanting something less than a 25 mile pack trip. I've narrowed it down to area's 62 & 61. Since 61 has higher draw odds, we're going with that as our first choice. Can anyone point out any negatives regarding why this wouldn't be a good choice. Any info is appreciated.

I think 61 is sunlight, it is normally covered in 4-wheelers in general season and it gets pretty nasty, but if u like to road hunt go ahead, but if its really hot out like it was this year, you won't see a single elk.

61 is south of Cody. 61-1 is valid in the wilderness only. Shouldn't be any wheelers and probably not many foot hunters either. Thanks though...
