Unit 9, General Rifle hunt.
He was the 9th bull I saw, and probrably the 2nd bigest bull I saw, but the other, I couldnt get a shot off in time, was real thick timber. I spotted this one a couple of ridges over feeding with his little brother. Made the stalk within about 140yards, and set up under a juniper. I pulled the trigger and the bull who then was walking away, at the perfect angle got hit right behind the shoulder, he took about another 8 steps, and then started his waggle dance. and then he hit the ground.
it was a great hunt.
