Can you hunt these districs with a general elk license, without being drawn for these areas? If so does anybody have information about these areas? Where to start, what to expect, that sort of thing? Will be hunting during the rifle season.Would like to hike in a day or two early and get away but any info or help would be appreciated. Also what about mule deer hunting as we will have our deer tags too. Thanks in advance.
