WA Goat Rocks - Scouting

Just wanted to see if any of you die hard bowhunters have been out scouting for Elk in the Goat Rocks. I drew a "GOAT" permit there this year but have not had the time yet to get down there to do any scouting yet.

Please advise if your seeing anything that looks good. It's driving me crazy that I haven't been able to get out yet! P.S. If any of you know of someone that has recently drawn for that area I would love to talk with them.

Hey Squatch, just curious as to how many points you had? I was drawn as an alternate of all things one year for that unit, you talk about being teased! Good Luck and be sure to post your pictures when it's all said and done.

Yes, let us know how you do. I put in for that unit but didn't get drawn. Never hunted it though. Thought it looked good.
