UTAH MUZZLELOADER RECORD

Just got a quick question for anyone that knows. What is the Utah State record for Muzzleloader Elk?

My Brother-in-law just pulled a 396 or 397 gross bull off Boulder mountain and I was wondering if that was close to the State record. I will try to post some pics when I get some.

I dont have a book, but if he doesnt lose too much to his net score, I'm sure it will be really close, if not the new record.
