Below are some images of the 7x6 bull two of my good friends shot this past Tuesday. We were hunting with Teton Country Outfitters in Wyoming area 71 of the Teton Wilderness. We rode up on this big guy with the horses as he was beded down trying to stay out of the wind and snow. My friends shot him at the same time from about 150 yards. Both were shooting 7mm Rem Mags and Federal Premium ammunition loaded with 160 grain Nosler Accubond bullets. Both shots hit the bull in the neck about 5" apart to put him to sleep for good. From our rough measurements, and help from the Boone and Crockett Club web sight, we came up with a gross green score of 378 and a net score of 362. His greatest outside spread was 53" with 51" main beams. An awesome bull for two of the nicest guys I know. I'm glad I was there to experience the event with them.

That is a great bull so congrats to the hunter with the tag but my only question is why were they both shooting at it?

so they end up with a 181 net score a piece. LOL
Very nice bull and it looks like pretty weather too.

Congrats to your friends on a great Bull, who got to tag it though? Must have been up out of Pacific Creek area, is that right? Hunted up there in '83 in Nov. COLD.

Its good to see a piggo killed in some good, tough, wilderness country!!! Congrats to you and your buds! Awesome bull!

ya know what's great about this bull? no fences. and guys on horses in rough country in the snow doin' it the hard way. good on all involved. this kinda stuff really stokes me up. good job guys. no executive with a 500 inch nontypical that he didn't have to sweat to get here. guys that got cold, wet, dirty and tired doin' it the right way. and i also think you may be sellin' the score a little shy. looks to be a little better bull than that. whatever the case, i'd take one bull like that, in those conditions over a 100 farm bulls with bigger racks.
