I'm sure all of you have heard or read that Colo will have pt banking in 06. I was wondering if anyone has heard whether this will be a one time deal in 06 or if it will continue in 07 and beyond? I couldn't find any details in the regs and have a feeling the DOW may see how 06' goes before continuing it for more years?
It's a great idea if you have lots of pts but it will likely make easier draw units tougher to draw in the coming years. I tend to draw units that don't take many years to draw so it kind-of stinks for me! I have a feeling guys that have been just applying for and building pts will dump them with the new system so easier draw quality units may be tougher in 06 to draw.
