It looks like I got lucky and finally drew an Idaho controlled hunt for a bull in unit 51. I'm not looking for anyone to tell me places to hunt or for anyone?s honey holes. I would just like to get some general information from anyone who has hunted this unit on the late hunt within the past couple of years about their hunt. How big of bulls where seen/or harvested? How the weather affected their hunt? Is there more or less hunting pressure later in the hunt? Send me a PM if you would like. Any info would be appreciated!

Congrats buddy!!! I hope you have a great hunt and make good on this opportunity. I know you'll kill a great bull, not because I know the area, just because I know how dedicated you are to the sport and putting in the pre-work.
I hope some local experts can give you some great info to help in the research/scouting. If anyone deserves, it would be you.
Good luck and let me shoot the bigger buck in CO this year. Wyoming in '03 I thought I had you beat until 2 hours later I see you skylighted with that monster. That hurt just a little bit as we were packing those suckers off that little hill.
