Boulder Elk Questions???

My lucky little bro. drew an early rifle tag for the Boulder and I have been appointed as his unpaid "outfitter".

We are heading down for several scouting trips soon and wondered if anyone else had been down there this summer. I would like to compare notes with other Boulder permit holders (past or present)if anyone is interested and would also love to hear about any past hunts on the unit. Also how are the range conditions, moisture, horn growth, etc. this year. This may help pass the time until Sept.
