"In the tentative ruling Curiel, based in San Diego, said Trump?s lawyers can renew objections to specific campaign statements and evidence during trial. Trump?s attorneys had argued that jurors should not hear about statements Trump made during the campaign, including about Curiel himself.

Trump attacked the judge as biased against him. He claimed Curiel, who was born in Indiana but is of Mexican descent, could not be impartial because of Trump?s pledge to build a wall between the United States and Mexico.

Trump?s lawyers argued that Curiel should bar from the trial accusations about Trump?s personal conduct including alleged sexual misconduct, his taxes and corporate bankruptcies, along with speeches and tweets. They argued the information is irrelevant to the jury and prejudicial to the case."

Prejudicial? They must mean it will endear the jury to Donald Trump hence they could not be unbaised and the Donald is about Law & Order.

That is just 1 of 70 or so cases, but I get it Crooked Hillary, USA, USA.

FW, is this a CIVIL COURT CASE or is it a CRIMINAL COURT CASE? Big difference between the two when speaking of crooks.

"FW, is this a CIVIL COURT CASE or is it a CRIMINAL COURT CASE? Big difference between the two when speaking of crooks."

This is a Civil Court Case, not a big difference when speaking of impeachment. Before you utter another word you best look up the law. In-office? Criminal? doesn't matter.

Of course the Congress is full of party hacks, then again with Pence in the wings for the establishment you never know.

Typical bent wrist liberal, trying to compare apples to oranges to support your liberal agenda. Maybe you better go back into your closet until the case is completed. Anybody and I mean anybody can sue another person without real justification.

I believe there is a huge difference between criminal court and civil court.

Anybody can sue anybody in civil court, at any time for any reason.

Overton would like to sue me for abuse of his Shelter Cove property, but I don't have anything of value to sue for.

Overton, fancy seeing you here. Last time we were all here together was 8 years ago and we were saying how nice it would be if Obama could just save the banking system.

Hope all is well D, let us usher in the next new nightmare. After we pull out of NAFTA, say July we should see the trade war begin then we'll see how happy all those Walmart shoppers are gonna be.

@RELH If you noticed I have not taken any bets on this election, a first. Mostly because I have deep seeded disdain for both candidates and their respective national committees.

But I am open to taking bets on whether Donald complete a full 4-year term.

To be fair I am not the only who believes this, this guy believes it too.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...ade-another-forecast-trump-will-be-impeached/

Good God FTW the election is over and your team lost. Get out of the streets, stop burning flags, beating old white guys with Trump bumper stickers and let the dude get into office before you try to kick him out.

##### sore losers!!

LOL as wrong as you were with your predictions and now you want to put money on some other crazy prediction. I'll take a hundo all day long that Trump finishes his first term... You in?

This Class Action lawsuit is entering into it's 6th year, this is not about somebody's tree falling over a fence. Fraud and Racketeering are not clerical or procedural mistakes.

It's worthy of Congressional investigation which if the Republican Establishment wanted, could pursue while having Pence waiting in the wings.

"Peterson explains that under the U.S. Constitution, presidents can be impeached for bribery, treason or other high crimes and misdemeanors. He argues that fraud and racketeering?both of which are alleged as civil claims against Trump in the pending lawsuits?may qualify as impeachable high crimes or misdemeanors under the U.S. Constitution.

?In the United States, it is illegal for businesses to use false statements to convince consumers to purchase their services,? explains Peterson. ?The evidence indicates that Trump University used a systemic pattern of fraudulent representations to trick thousands of families into investing in a program that can be argued was a sham.?

?Fraud and racketeering are serious crimes that legally rise to the level of impeachable acts,? Peterson adds."

Tell you what Forkie, we have known each other long enough I will let you into 2nd position. I'd like to give RELH the first option. I'm a fair guy and I would to give a chance for payback so-to-speak, he's earned it.

But if he declines I will be happy to take your money Forkie. Didn't I tell you back in 07 that real estate was going to take a crap for the next 5 or 6 years? Maybe that was someone else in the valley, but if memory serves me right it was you.

There are two important things to consider here.

#1 , Hillary is not the phuking president so she does not have any place in the conversation about anything concerning Trump from last Tuesday forward .

#2, Trump will pay up the azz for Trump U . for a con so similar to the one he just ran on the American voter it's not even funny.

If it weren't so serious it would be hilarious.

Okie dokie but you sounded so confident when you said you would take bets (plural) and you're still sounding pretty confident saying you'll be happy to take my money.

What's a hundred bucks anyway and what difference does it make who takes you up on your bet based on some dudes gut feeling?

RELH lets both do a Hundo and take FTW's weed money!!

And btw, you maybe did say something about housing tanking back in 07, I don't remember but you also said Hillary would win too so don't get all Nostradomus on us and take the bet!

LAST EDITED ON Nov-12-16 AT 02:14AM (MST)[p]Fw's bet is a sucker bet by a wimp whose savior, Obama, is going to loose his legacy which pisses off FW who supported him all along.
We would have to wait 4 long years to collect on the bet until Trump finished his first term. I have problems believing FW will stick around for those 4 years.

What really gets me laughing about how much of a idiot that FW really is the fact he believes so much in a bent wrist college professor. A person who predicted Trump will win then will be impeached while in office.
Well Manny on this forum also predicted that Trump would win and supported that though Hell and high water over FW, Dude and a few others telling him he was crazy. Does that mean FW will now believe Manny on everything?

FW supported Bernie Sanders as another savior and the stand up guy for president. What did Bernie do after getting screwed out of the election by crooked Hillary. Bernie became a outright turncoat to his supporters by endorsing the crook who stabbed him in the back. Yeah I have very good reason to believe that FW is our village idiot now. Move over Piper, you have been replaced.

Trump won, it was an upset by all accounts and nobody was anymore surprised than you goobers. so enough with the Carnac chit, only one of you would bet on Trump so we know how much confidence you had. talk is cheap and you were nothing but talk.

So nobody wants to talk about Trump and his upcoming fraud case. nobody ever wants to talk about Trump. wonder why that is?

You lost you loooser. The election is over so now you need to focus on beating Trump with Michelle Obama in 2020. Good luck with that.

Glen are you talking about that American turncoat who mouth the words, All this for a damn flag" at the memorial services for 9/11.

Come on FTW... Where did you go? I want to take you up on your bet but I'm thinking that you are chickening out now. You going to take it or not?

FW must of read about the Mexican President getting so worried about NAFTA that he now wants to talk to trump about the WALL. Maybe we do have a President who will make things better for the American people that will endear him to the masses and the liberal progressives can kiss their agenda down the commode.

LAST EDITED ON Nov-13-16 AT 00:30AM (MST)[p]Oh Forkie, with pleasure :} We're on! It is a bet, no bullchit this that or the other like others, done and done.

Payment within 48 hrs last day of office either way. As for me sticking around, boyz you have this forum and the Campfire because of myself and a few others like 202 typical. So settle down, this is a tiny winy bet Forkie and I've been here since 97.

Gave you your chance RELH, after all it should be easy money right? Forkie gets off easy, he doesn't have to make me a knife.

Trump paid out 21 mil to the victims and 4 million to the state of NY to make this go away and keep the facts from seeing light.

But in typical Trump fashion he tweeted he was " WINNING " a big victory over the NY AG. and of course the terms agreed to admit no wrong doing.

It takes a brilliant and innocent businessman man to pay 26 million for doing nothing wrong. that's our hero.

Trump will reportedly pay $21 million in two class-action lawsuits filed by people who paid to attend the seminars, and contend they were ripped off. He'll pay another $4 million to end a suit filed by the New York attorney general. As is customary in such settlements, Trump will admit no wrongdoing.

This would be a good deal for Trump even at a much higher price, because protracted litigation over Trump University would have brought Trump months or years of ugly publicity, just as he's trying to establish momentum for his first year in office. Had Trump never run for president, these lawsuits would have been a minor story, and Trump could have fought them with little notice. But with everything Trump touches now magnified by the lens of the worldwide media, the lawsuits were destined to be a circus that sullied the leader of the free world as he was trying to build relationships with fellow heads of state.

Okay Charlie.

He said during the campaign he'd never settle the case he'd take them to court and teach people like that a lesson. but he said lots of things on the campaign trail he's walked back hasn't he? you know it.

So he pusses out and pays them off to make it go away. a dumbchit like you might call that winning, most of consider paying 25 million to settle a case we could win a loss. more like an admission of guilt actually.

But the good news is it will go away right? that's a win of for a con man they need full trust from their victims . thank god we can pay for his screw ups from now on right? that's a win I'll give you that much.

No it was a successful try.

This will be one of the few things Trump won't be tweetering about much. wonder why?

Now that Trump has his "CIVIL CASE" out of the way and past history. They can get on with the possible CRIMINAL CASE involving the Clintons and their foundation and how they bilked everyone and sold Hillary's office for "pay to play".

RELH

I guess you don't watch the real news. orange foolius said the Clinton's are nice people and he doesn't want to hurt them. he promised to let us know what he'll do the next time he talks to Leslie Stahl. guesses? or do you think all his promises are bullchit yet?

The right place was anywhere. the right time was anytime. he knew he was going to settle before he lied about fighting to the end.

Stay Thirsty My Friends

Just like Obama cannot say Islamic terrorism, apparently some people cannot say, "Settled on Fraud and Racketeering Charges" without feeling they are tarnishing the Orange one. Both counts if guilty carry jail sentences in the state of New York.

The Orange One has an unprecedented 3,500 legal actions in Federal and State Courts. There has never been a POTUS with such a penchant for litigation. Now that there has been a settlement in the Trump U case there are still another 50 remaining Civil lawsuits currently open.

Yet the Orange One is a hero for many LEs, the mind-robbing power of partisanship is amazing. Hillary will fade away as Sunkist will announce that for the betterment of the country he will not pursue Hillsy.

Trump played Cruz out, broke him, like Christie made them both lick his orange crumb encrusted boot bottoms, then turned them out like a Pimp.

FW that is your quote above on what Trump did to Cruz and Christie. Trump owes Hillary far more on her nasty remarks and dirty dealing she did to him on the campaign trail. You still think he will let her slide when he knows she committed illegal acts with the Clinton foundation.

I think he is playing a game of disarming them by saying what he did and things may change when he gets into office and Obama can no longer protect Hillary.

RELH

The only difference between Trump and Obama is Obama can't be sued. Sued for the Obamacare scam. I'd settle for the $600 million for the website alone that didn't work, for starters.

I took 2 years of criminal justice and if my memory serves me correct in civil court there's no handcuffs, no prison terms and no right to council. If you lose you pay.
