Gorgeous pup!! COngrats on a wonderful addition to any family.....I dont know if you have had labs in the past....if not, the best advice I can give you is to get her started on rawhide bones ASAP!! Those lab pups have a knack for chewing. Buying rawhide bones will save your furniture, shoes, etc. in the long run!!

Great looking pup there Wes. I've had a few labs overthe years. Gotone right now as a matter of fact. Never used them for hunting, but they sure are great family dogs. Don't have to worry about the kids around them and they are really loyal. You and your family will have fun in the years to come.

Lab puppies are fun...but destructive, LOL. Basically boneheads til they are about 18-20 months. Be sure to take er to deer camp, they'll keep out the bears and elephants. What,.. you don't have bears or elephants, see its working already.

My wife sayes her name, Allie, is short for Allie Gator because her teeth are always in motion. She already seems very smart. She sets and retrieves. This will be our second Lab. Our first is an eight year old Lab-Golden cross. He was the only pup to survive from parvo out of his litter. He had even been sold but the buyer brought him back because he was sick. When my wife went to look at him the breeder told her the story then gave him to her for free. He's the smartest dog we've ever had. His intelligence stops just short of speaking English. The only problem is he hates hunting. I've introduced Allie to duck wings and she loves them. I'm looking forward to getting her into training. She's an adorable pup, everyone loves her except for the other animals in the neighborhood, they're jealous because she's stealing all the attention.
