Looks great!! That is a sweet buck and a good looking mount!! Show us some other pics fo thre mount from different angles.

Corey (Idaho Boy),

Looks like you do not have enough wall for that mount. Send that thing down here to CO. and I will take care of it for you until the wife lets you get a bigger place. The mount looks great.

Awesome looking buck and awesome looking mount! Congrats! Now that you have it back and on your wall, do you find you spend a ton of time just staring at it? I know I would.

Corey, Nice mount my friend, I Love that wall ped. form. I am going to try one of them on my next mount...I think you made a great decision and looks like a job well one....Congradulations on a great Trophy! Dwayne

Great looking Buck as well as the mounting job, congrats to you.
Has some nice long tines there that's for sure, what did it score?

LAST EDITED ON Dec-31-03 AT 06:18PM (MST)[p]Was that from 2002? What a great looking wallhanger, congrats!!!

That's an awesome deer! Great mount!

Michael~All Gods creatures welcome, right next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.

This is my buck from Nov. 2001. I'm fortunate in that my dad is my taxidermist. He does great work, and the family discount isn't bad...I really like the wall pedestal forms.

The buck scored 183 and change. His 19 1/2" main beams killed him for score.

I did find myself stopping to stare at him when I first got him back. My wife would just roll her eyes and smile every night when I would turn the light on as I was heading up the stairs to stop and look at him for a minute.

Thanks for the comments!

Corey

Nice buck where from the pic it looks like around indan valley Idaho. am i right?

At least you didn't get your pillow and sleep next to it. LOL Two of the joys of having a mount are reliving the hunt and admiring the beauty of the animal. Great buck. Congrats.
