Not much left of this buck

Not sure what brought this guy down, too bad though I would have been a real nice buck in a year or two. Looks like they eat everthing but the head.

That sure is a nice buck there. It even looks like one that I knocked down this past fall. What gets me though is he got up and I haven't found him (still get sick thinking about it too). I looked for a week, even had the tribal game and fish guys helping me look. I still go out looking for him and I have some friends going on a bowhunt looking too. That's a cool find there.

Really I'm not trying to say the deer here are better than everyone elses. I've backpacked around the Walawa (Spelling ?) Mountain Range in Oregon and seen some real nice bucks that would dwarf this one.

Nice find. I'm sure DOW would call that a CWD buck. LOL. I've sene a few critters cleaned up like that in our area, too. The coyotes are thick!!

I can almost smell him through my screen. I guess its the cold reality of life for a mule deer. I wonder how many monsters perish each year and are never found.
