anyone have information on wyoming mule deer hunts

i'm interested in a good hunting unit to apply for in wyoming. If anyone has information on a good public land hunting area with lots of space and rough country please reply. Me and by buddy are new at hunting mulies but we would to try some rough country. Thanks
