Can you apply just for a point in Arizona like you can in Utah, or do you have to enter the draw?

You have to buy a general hunting license ($113, nonres) before they let you apply for a license. You have to apply in the draw, no preference point codes.

Iv'e heard through the grapvine that this may change. I was told that this year they will start to have a bonus point only code. I can only hope this is true.
