Colorado Tag #s?

Where can I find out how many tags they're going to issue for '04? I'd hate to plan on drawing a tag and then find out they cut the number of tags in half.

I belive the quotas are set in May, so the best you can do is look at last years tag numbers and go from there.

Yes do that. Here's how, go to www.wildlife.state.co.us
On the left click hunting-->big game--> harvest statistics, etc.
There is this months (march/April) Colorado Outdoors magazine with the preference points insert that could help out as well.
