Just in case you haven't heard, a North Dakota hunter recently bid $35,000 to hunt mule deer in NM at last months Mule Deer Foundation Annual Convention. This was the first year for the statewide deer enhancement tag. The hunter will be able to hunt from Sept.1 - Dec.31 throughout NM. Hopefully the money will be well spent by the G&F.
