Colorado Unit 22 archery for Mulies

Just wondering if any of you have heard about all the gas wells being put in this area. Hunted there last year and had a good time and was planning a return trip. Best part about archery tags is that I can also hunt 11 and few other areas. Any input would be much appreciated. Getting down to crunch time in regards to applying for tags.

Better check your proclaimation, 22 and 11 area different draw areas this year. I think with 11 you can hunt in 211 also. Archery might be different than rifle.

I live close to that area and hunt it every year for about the last 10-12 years. They are drilling to beat the band all over that country right now. Where were you planning to hunt as some areas are not getting hit as hard as others right now.

already did the DD. You actually apply for a unit 11 tag and it covers 22,11,211,13,131,231 and a few others on private.

I want to say southwest of Rio Blanco. All I know is it was a long drive on a dirt road. LOL. From what I understand there is only one or two places that you can actual access the area the rest were under lock and key. Sorry I can't be more specific only spent three days there. Send me an email if you have any suggestions, no need to clutter up the BB.
