I think he is talking about the sportsmans package. Deer, elk, bear, etc.... They give you a package for a certain price, for residents.

its the package antelope deer elk and moose tags fish and game is putting up for a drawing money goes to the access yes program. spent 1000.00 on tickets already probably only bought me some heartache when someone who bought one ticket wins. oh well its only money................
