WA DRAW RESULTS

Any guesses on the internet posting? Last year I believe they had it online on July 21st. I was in Hawaii, and had to check
the pc at the hotel at midnight to get it done. That kinda sucked. All I have to say is the sooner the better!!!!!

Ya, end of July is the norm. Nothing like having to make all your plans within a month if you hunt archery elk, what a crock. The Washington Dept. really has their heads up their backsides when it comes to this...................rf

For those who waited till the last minute to put in the permit appl. site crashed about 11 pm. So now the state has to decide what to do with those guys who couldn't get their apps in . I'm hoping for a late muley bow tag and a margaret bow tag. Is that Quinalt tag an advanced hunter area? Good luck nwhunter

The Quinault AHE tag is an early season Oct 1-10, but it's open during the general season Nov 6-14.

The Quinault Valley permit hunt for Oct 1-10 is for advanced hunters only. The general season is open for everyone, except you need to be advanced to hunt any of the private lands within
the Quinault watershed, and there is quite abit of private land in there. Its an awesome area to hunt elk, but access to the river is tough because of the private property.
