Cokeville Wyoming deer butcher's ?

Anybody processing deer in the cokeville area this year ? last time I had to drive about 50 mile's south to find a butcher

Couple of options Bill. There are two up around Afton and One Good one in Thayne. Also over in Montpelier, ID. Other than these, it would have to be in Kemmerer I guess.

There is a pretty good one in Cokeville, ID. That is only a twenty minute drive (about) from Cokeville. I took my deer there last year. It is at a little grocery store downtown. He had it done in two days.

Is that a Gas Station/Store combined there in Cokeville? Was thru there just last fall, don't remember anything other than this, but then I was in a hurry and did not stop and it was early in the AM.

Hang tight, I have a call in to a friend who hunts out of Cokeville and his cousin lives there, I will find out where this place is located for you. Should have an answer later today or at the latest tomorrow.

Bill,
I just talked with my friend and he said that the little store in Cokeville use to make Hamburger and package for you, but they did not process or butcher game. They were an older couple and no longer have the place.
Gary said that either go to Thayne Meats or over to Montpelier as he was not sure if Kemmerer had a place or not. I do know that the Grocery store in Afton does game, but how good it is I do not know.
When you get there I would check out this store in Cokeville and ask first, so you have an idea where to go when you do get your deer.
There is no place called Cokeville,Idaho. There are two Sage Jct. and are about 5 miles apart, one in ID and other in Wyo. but nothing there, just a fork in the road.
