I read this on a fishing web site and have not heard anything here, but I have not been on for a while.

The article said that the Utah DWR funds where going to be used to put up a fence around Cascade golf course in Orem. The owner has been killing deer and elk and dumping them in a ditch behind the course.
Is there any truth to this story?
Is this the same as farming land?
If this is true, what are we going to do about it!!!!!

I don't believe that. I know that as of a couple years ago they were shooting them with paintballs when they were on the course.

They person that put this on the other site claims he works for the goverment had seen something about it at work or heard about. Not sure which. If you have more info I would love to here it.

Well, Im an avid golfer, but unfortunately I spend my fair share of time looking for my golf balls in places that have probably never seen human feet before. In all my travels of the Cascade course, I have never come across stockpiles of deer or elk. I have seen a carcas or two, but nothing that would indicate a slaughter like what has been suggested. My two cents?. . . why dont you schedule a tee time with me and we will surely be in prime position to take a peek at this supposed ditch.
