WY Area A

Drew Area A for deer. trying to get snow and colder temps. Can anyone please provide some info on public, state or BLM lands that may provide a good mulie? Studying the numbers, looks like a lot of whities in 1 & 2. Muley success % is high in 5 & 6, but low volumes. Do I go where to the Black Hills try to find a mulie amongst the whities, or find a small plot as far West/ South as possible. Not a lot of acreage in A of Grasslands. Info is appreciated. Thanks.
