Has anyone ever hunted muleys up this way? We are looking at a late Nov. hunt up in the panhandle near the Palo Duro. Supposed to be some respectable muleys. Anyone have any first hand info of animal quality and quantity.

It really depends on exactly where you are talking about though, if you can be more specific I will be able to help you out a little better. Palo Duro is a huge canyon that runs forever.

Armstrong County and a 30,000 acre ranch is all I know. the ranch is adjacent to the park.

There are some really nice mulies in the Panhandle, just not many of them. I killed this one up north of Pampa back in 2001. We saw quite a few deer on that trip while hunting with some relatives who live up there.
