I think you have been given good advice. I have no experience in that unit, but have heard some really good things about it. I have seen several big bucks that have come from unit 45. I have a buddy from down that way that horn hunts that unit, I will try to get him your email. no gaurentees...
Unit 40 is also good.
I have hunted in unit 11 and there is a late season with less then 50 tags i think. Not sure if the potential for a B&C is as good as 45, but there are some big boys in that unit as well. I have done fair in 18 as well. both 18 and 11 are in hells canyon, so it is some serious country.
