Canadian boys, I need your help!!!

Hey, I'm looking for an attorney in Alberta to go after a guy who is taking me for a ride on a hunt I booked. If you guys know of any good ones please help me out. Thanks, Chuck.

It was for 04'. Paid deposits last year and sent him all of our info. Claimed he would be sending us shirts and info packets for firearms, contract etc.

In January he decided he didn't want to guide anymore and would hook us up on a hosted hunt or send our money back.

Well in June we still had no info after several requests. He stated he would send our money back. I requested it back and gave him thirty days to refund the money. I have not heard from him since. he will not answer e-mails or phone messages.

Well that sucks, but if he filed for bankruptcy your outta luck, don't know how it works up there in B.C but you'll be standing in line and you would have to file a grievance with the court if you think he's able to pay you back.....

if he sold the bussines maybe contact the new owner...plus post his name on the site it gets alot of play on the internet....
