I drew an early tag for region E and need advice. From the research I have done so far, it sounds like my chances of scoring on a nice (25"+) buck are not what I had hoped. I will be hunting during the first week of October and would like to go unguided due to monetary constraints. I am going on the trip even if I will not see deer but would appreciate any help you could give in choosing a location I could possibly score. Thanks!
