Two week vacation

People are upset that there is some rumbling and arguing and negativity around here lately. No biggee, it just confirms the fact that its almost go time. (it happens here every year, things will calm down when monster bucks start hittig the ground). In any event, I Hope you guys don't go screwing anything up while I'm gone.

I'm off to Italy for two weeks to get my mind right for deer season. Who am I trying to kid, my wife is making me go in an attempt to exhaust my stash of vacation days in a masterfully planned attempt to limit my time away from home this fall.

So, for the next couple o' weeks I will be lighting candles at every 5000 year old church I can get into, heck I may even hit up PJP II for and inside prayer to fill a request for divine guidance to a MONSTER BUCK come this fall! Bet none of you guys thought of this angle....lol.

have a good trip I went to old italy back in the 70's (hated the 15 hour or so flight), you should have some fun but the women don't shave their pits so don't look to close, the rest is all gravy...if you get bored take a boat ride to my families homeland Malta...Later,.....

Hey five point buck, sounds like your vacation is like mine. My wife is from England, and I spent two weeks there this summer. What I do to kill time when I'm over there is look at all the woods and just imagine what critters are walking in them, where I would put a stand, look out for pheasants and grouse in the countryside, and fish for trout in the local stream. Makes me feel right at home. When you see PJP II and ask him for a muley, have him put one in for me for a monster elk in AZ this year. Drink lots of Vino.... Gamekiller

Have a great trip. Never hurts to biuld up the brownie points w/the wife. A friend of mine and his family are moving to Sigionella (sp??) for a few years, they are DOD teachers and are really looking forward to it.
