Thanks BC for the post! These are my Blacktail areas in Mendcino National Forest in CA, B-1 zone just about the place that I hunt! Its got to be as wild an area as any! Lots of Deer,Bear and Lion!(and hunters on the opener).It not 10,000 ft! But it will still work you over when its 97deg!

Yep , looks like alot of the b zones .Will be hunting in B4 and B5 this year . Good luck on your deer and elk hunts .

Sugar springs area, b-5 seen some nice bucks taken. I scored the road side rooky forky few years back. I'll take it.

Nice pics, Rack. Looks like some rugged country. What would a fire do to that area? Looks like there are plenty of trees and a fire might open things up a little.
