Wasatch Front archery?

I've got a buddy that is doing the youth statewide archery hunt and was wondering about some old hangouts of mine and my pop's. I used to hunt deer in city creek and mill creek until the wonderful joggers got them closed to rifle hunters. I know you can get a permit now in city creek for rifle but am curious if you need anything to hunt these areas with a bow. Or if they're open at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanx MM

I think you just need to take the archery ethics coourse,you can do it online at the dwr website.
