Well here I sit frustrated as all get out. A lousy 6 miles is all that seperates 2 monsters from going into the book. I have 2 Roosevelts that will go well over 300 one is a 6x5 that will go 310 Range and the other is an absolute monster 8x7 that will easily go over 330. These bulls are incredibly huge and massive animals. They are like Draft horses with antlers. I would say the big bull is easliy a 1200 pound plus animal. and the 310 bull is bigger then most roping horses I have seen. My best friend is frothing at the mouth about these bulls he is a rosie fanatic but he just had a cataract removed 10 days ago and we do not know if he can shoot this saturday.

Now the Dilemma these bulls are classified as Cascade Elk which means that there is a chance that they are crossed with Rockies. Ok these bulls are less then 6 miles from interstate 5 which is the dividing line between Rockies and Roosies according to Boone and Crockett.

These bulls will both make silver medal for SCI so here is my question for a NA 29 does it have to be a roosevelt from West of I-5 or is the NA 29 a SCI Deal???

Ohhh yeah and if anyone wants to kill a bull like this and do not care about the border the hunt fee is pretty reasonable as well.

Their racks are just awesome almost black with Ivory white tips.

Just had to voice my frustration.
