I just got these photos in an e-mail. Thought you hardcore muley hunters here on MM might enjoy seeing them. I asume they are from Utah being that the first photo is titled TooeleArmyDepotDeer.

I got those pictures in an email to. In fact I believe the email said that these bucks we photographed on the Goashut Indian Reservation.

Look at their faces and their horn configuration, they look alike. These deer look nothing like the roman nose bucks I hunt in Idaho. The Idaho deer have heads that are much larger and their ears appear to be bigger. These deer are super wide, with about the same mass. I had heard both pictures were taken from the same area, that is another reason the bucks sparked my interest. Don't you have something better to do with your time than rip on people for their opinion that two deer look alike?

Does anyone else get the feeling taht these deer feel like they are farm animals grazing in the pasture? I don't know the history of these pictures or the deer. But they obviously know they are protected and not on public land.

In fact I wouldn't think it was out of the question to find out that these bucks live on the Antelope Island reserve.

None the less, nice to see some they exist.

Definatley different bucks , the bottem one has a kicker and the bottem forks are not as wide .
It was funny while at FanG two weeks ago I saw these pictures and the ladies at the front desk tried to tell me that these bucks are on INEEL property I had allready seen them here and told them that I heard they were from the Toole army depot in utah and they got upset.
