This weather has been absolutely insane. We are going on 4 straight weeks of solid rain. The day I took the scenery pics were taken during the only clear spell of the entire week. That only lasted about 2 hours.
We were totally fogged out in the highcountry. Ended up hunting high elevation cutblocks for most of the week instead. The weather had the bucks hugging the timber really hard.

The image inside my brain is much bigger than those two.
The snow, rain, hail, wind and fog made it hard for me to use my chute plane so I decided to leave it parked at home for the week.

I second that about the weather, this has to be wettest September I can imagine. Makes me glad I'm not out hunting right now, I would bet the WA high country is fogged in as well.
Yeah the weather sucked up in the high country this week. Had to leave our spike camp because the horses were getting too cold, and the weather was terrible. For what it was worth I still had a good time, but wouldn't do it again without checking the forcast for some decent weather.
