Accessing Lambs Canyon.

I have only been in Lambs a couple of times. But If I remember it seemed like there were cabins and houses in that narrow canyon and NO TRESPASSING signs all over the place. So how or were do you get access?

Tonight I went up Mill Creek and hiked up over the top and looked down into lambs. Very steep but the sceanery was excellent.

I saw more elk tracks than anything. A few deer tracks, 1 Bull Moose and 5 does.

I'm trying to fill my deer tag but havent had much luck at even seeing a buck.

Same as you did this trip. I take the Mnt. Aire/Lambs trailhead off of the Mill Creek rd.
I was up Anderson and into Gobblers Sunday. Trailhead is about a mile farther up the canyon and on the southside, kinda across from those FS. lease cabins. Super steep and quite a few blowdowns along the way up.
Someone told me once that it is shorter but no trail, to go to the end of the road and go up and over into Lambs. Never tried that yet.
Probably go up this friday morning and maybe again on sunday morning.
That is a great view when ya crest!! thanks for sharing........
