colorado 3rd season

Good luck to everyone heading out to Colorado this third season.
I'll be on the road tommorow morning. Be sure to be safe on the raods, should be an ugly ride out with all this rain and snow.

Everything is shaping up for a monster season. Aim small, and have a blast. Can't wait to get back and hear some great stories!

I'll be heading that direction Thursday too. Can't wait to get up there and chase muleys! Drive safe and be careful. It is looking like the roads will most likely be a mess.

You must be thinking of someone else. I've never replied to your post I don't think. I just know from your post we hunt in the same general area. There are several units all together there. We also share the same taxidermist. I haven't drawn a tag in awhile until this year. Man I am ready to head North. Good Luck

Thanks for the reply. If you want I can let you in on some of the info I got from teh second season guys. Spoke to Dave's wife the other day, sounds like they have already got some good heads, hopefully we can add two more. Shoot me an email and I'd let you know what I know. Good luck this year, from all accounts it should be awesome.

It was I that you talked too earlier this summer. My son has the permit and we will probably be spending some time in the area you suggested. I know that you have already left, but mayber we'll see you when we get there. We leave first thing in the morning.

Tonight, I just returnd home after a successful hunt with my daughter in the Utah Central Region. She bagged a young 17.5 inch 4x4. This was her first deer and was she ever excited, almost as much as I was.
