Here are a few pictures of the hunt I went on with my doctor and good friend AJ this past week. The pictures aren't the best but they'll give you an idea of some of the deer we saw.

As luck would have it AJ missed the best buck we saw and ended up with this nice deer. Perhaps not the biggest but a good buck just the same to go with a great hunt. Hope you enjoy.

Awesome County. Looks kinda like wyoming. Was it on a private ranch you hunting on?

I have to agree this area looks a lot like Wyoming in some respects. That's one of many reasons I like it so much, I love Wyoming. A number of my friends went to college in Riverton and Casper. My best friends son is in Riverton going to college right now and I have friends in Sheridan.

Yes we killed this buck on a private ranch just north of the town of Pincher Creek where I live.

Great Deer Man! Good Job! I would love to hunt that kind of country.

Michael~All Gods creatures welcome... right next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Nice bucks, and great country. You are right about Wyoming. I was in Lethbridge this summer and it reminds me a LOT of home, the eastern plains of Wyoming. The country is great, but the people were super, too. Thanks for posting the pics.
