If any of you guys leave a monster on the mountain and would be willing to toss me a bone, I've got the raffle tag burning a hole in my pocket. Have a number of leads, but a guy can never have too many!

Have a couple trips planned for the Wenatchee area, a week in mid-November (right after the permit hunts) and another 10 days in mid-December (after everything else closes). Have heard of several nice bucks breaking 180 that came out during the general season and expect several more during the permit season from the sounds of it.

Hope everybody has a good time on the permit hunts!

P.S. Leave me at least one big one.

I am going to be bow hunting over there and I will let you know what I see. If I leave a big one up there I would be willing to try to get you on him after my tag is up.

That's cool, I don't want to horn in on anybody. My second trip will be post archery season, so that shouldn't mess anybody up.

Thanks for any tips!

I am planning on heading over for a photo hunt. If I shoot anything worth your time I will email you..............rf

Anxiously awaiting to see how your hunt turns out, hope you bag a big one, it must be killing you waiting, I know that's how I would feel.

It's definitely testing my patience! I drew Nevada's PIW tag a few years ago, so I've been through it once before. On that hunt I ended up killing a small 4X4 the last half of the last day, so just getting the tag isn't always enough - a guy needs a little luck too!

The rut is going full bore now up North. My Dad who lives in Carlton confirms up in the Valley. Every buck with any horn at all, that I saw in the panhandle(mule deer) was hot on a doe. Just thought I'd keep you posted. I will be out doing photography for the week after next, keep your cell phone on.

Sounds good, you have my cell number? I am planning on being in the greater Wenatchee area November 18-21. Don't know what kind of reception I'll have in the hills, but expect I'd at least have intermittent reception throughout the day.

Hard to beat Pearyigyn area, I'll b over there near winthrop from 11/10-11/18 for the late whitetail permit tag

MADMAX,

I've heard good things about that hunt. I'd be interested in your opinion after some late season hunting in there. Maybe you could drop a quick note when you get back?

Good Luck!

Wanting to head out this evening for a quick photo shoot, gonna take my fawn in distress call, and see if I can call in some does, and bring some bucks with em.

Michael~All Gods creatures welcome... right next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.
