Not alot of private land in unit 76, but there is some. I will keep my ears open and check with a couple of outfitters and see what I can come up with. That is a tall order though.

How many points do you have?
With all the tag pimps out there you never know of the influx of applications from year to year.

A friend of mine use to hunt this unit every 3-4 years with his family.

We have 10 points, so we should draw. I need to call DOW I have heard rumors they may change some of the LO regulations. I have also heard they do not give out the names of the landowners who get the tags due to privacy laws, unlike NM which provides the landowners names. You guys are right I think this will be a tall order for sure but will give it a try.

Try Frazier Outfitting. I think he usually has access to some LO tags or would probably be able to put you in touch with them. I haven't hunted with him myself but have run into him each of the three times we archery hunted that unit. Very friendly guy - offered to help us pack out an elk - invited us into his tent for coffee and homemade cookies.
