WY Preference Points??

I was told by reliable sources (SFW organizer) and several other officials, THAT WY was going to start to give Nonresidents preference points for deer and elk.??

I just got the Proclamation from WY and I can only see that you can still only get them for Moose and Sheep. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there supposed to be a change this year(2005) on nonresidents deer and elk points???

Not sure, but I think it does not go in till 2006. Check the website and see if anything is there.
