We'll all be getting that unsuccessful letter/email any day now, but before we get the bad news we can still daydream about getting one of these 4000+ to 1 tags. Where would you go? When? Would you "need" a new rifle/bow? How many vacation days would you need? Would you hire a guide, or hunting service? Would you quit your job?

But if I got that deer tag it would sure be nice to be able to hunt with the old smokepole in November like we used to be able to do. Gee, that was such a fun hunt. I miss that hunt the most. Especially, at that time of year when those biguns start thinking about the ladies!
