Most of the land in Southern Saskatchewan is Private but all you have to do to hunt private land is go up to the landowner and ask. There is no such a thing up here as access fees or tresspass fees to hunt private land. All the landowners ask of you is to respect their land and not act like an idiot. 95% of the time you will be granted access to hunt on private land without any problems at all. Even on land that is posted "no hunting" if you just ask you will generally be allowed on. I couldn't imagine having to pay access fees to hunt. I must admit we do have things pretty good up here as far as access to land and I hope it never changes. One of the main reasons this is still possible here is that there is no outfitting allowed for non-residents here in the south.

You north of the border guys are driving me crazy. But THANKS for sharing. Those bucks are nothing but studs - all the way around!

Thanks again.

Saskman,

Thanks for the info. do you get to shoot more than one buck a season and do you happen to know how much a non-resident licence is?
