WTB elk hunt/seeking good elk hunt in the $4000 price range

need a good elk hunt in the $4000 price range for two people for a total of $8000 tilp not included. New Mexico muzzleloader landowner tags/rifle or Colorado private land. Guided or not I just want a hunt that I can afford. I put in for about 25 limited entry tags this year but I need a sure thing. I don't want one of the big tag broker guys but want to deal with someone on a small operation.
