anyone else seen this? I would recommend it for sure. I bought it yesterday at the sportsmans warehouse in Utah. This film is well put together. It is all archery hunting in utah on public lands. No Special Draw hunts.. Just Utahs regular and extended seasons. I am sure a few of the poeple involved frequent this site. It would be nice to know what other vids they plan on puttin out soon.

I've watched it a half dozen times - I really like it too.

No world class production - but those commercially produced vids are getting to all be the same. I like the FMP approach - public land $35 tags harvesting some pretty decent bucks. I'd give it a good "two eyeguards up!" ;)

Some of the extras were kind of unique too - $200 eyeball. I like that natural buddies hangin out stuff, we can all relate to that.

One of the quotes that keeps ringing in my mind is... "if I'm successful in the field, I'll be successful at other things in life".

hahaha, the 200$ eyeball was pretty funny.. I thought forsure that guy wasnt going to make.. then you see his buddy writing out a check...LOL

Ditto on the quote.. Thats a true statement. The guys that made this video sure have some good areas for hunting.. I heard a rumor that there is already another video in the making by these guys. I would have to buy that video also.

I happen to know the guys that made the video, to my knowlege, there is another video in the works. Not too shabby of a video, I just wish you could see some of the shots a bit better.
Most the guys on the video hang out at the local bowshop here in Salt Lake. They have been very successful at taking some nice bucks here in Utah on public land. They work their butts of the harvest these bucks.

yes, its called FMP 360.. I found it in the sportsmans warehouse in SLC. It had a wierd cover..shows the cam of a bow..no deer on the cover.. Its a respectable movie for sure. One I will watch a few times. . if anyone isnt close enough too that location and cant find it anywhere else...let me know and I will look on the video for a number to call or track them down myself.

Call a place called Sportsman Archery they are located in Sandy Utah I am sure they could hook you up with a video, since one of the guys in the video owns the store there.

I have seen it twice since receiving it for Christmas. I have mixed emations about it. First of all I like the fact that they show some less than perfect shots. Not every shot hits right where you aim it. However most of the shots that they did show were marginal hits at best with one just plain being a poor hit. I did like the fact that they did stay on the buck until they recovered it. The shot in the leg just shows how lethal a broadhead really is.

I really liked the explaination of how they used the cut charts when aiming up and down hills.

These guys obviously hunt in some pretty remote country and for that they should be commended. Packing yourself into the backcountry as well as all of the camera equipment has got to be a tall order.

I do wish that they would have listed the scores of the bucks as I buy these videos to help me learn how to be a better field judge. Honest scores too, not the BS that some others try to pass offf on us.

One question though, why did the guy who hunted in the Predator green roll his pants up?

I have wondered the same thing, why roll the pants up? There were some weird parts in the video. One more thing that I think would have made it better, show more footage of the deer! Scouting pics etc. I know they can't show too much footage though or everyone would know where they are hunting.
