Since everyone else is doing recaps of the year, maybe you regulars here could fill me in on what I missed out on in the last year.
Last thing I remember is the classic Bigfoot debate.
Any other sightings?

It was definately the year of the Utard Whine. Caused many of us to seek out other sites to play at. Several of us had fun sharing our Western Humor at RealTight.com. And several MMer's got punted pretty fast. LMAO!!!!

It was the year of the cocky canadians (CC's) bragging about big northern deer while trying to ignore the fact that they live in a big piece of ******* failed attempt at socialism that they call a country. I say in '05 we all get together and invade. I think the entire MM clan could take their military on. Actually the entire Utah MM clan could.

There are many areas where we have a kazillion guys out there whackin' anything with horns. Don't think Utah or anywhere else for that matter is any different. Complain about Road Hunters eh? 99% of the hunters here are too lazy to get out of their trucks. Why would they when they can drive an hour up a logging road and whack the first spiker or forkey they see standing in the middle of a cutblock. Shear overall numbers of deer down there in Utah must be amazing. Do you even have an idea how many mule deer we have here? It ain't even a drop in the bucket to what you guys got. Trophy potential is a funny concept too. Most guys here think a 150 class buck is a giant. And I'm not kidding. Hell, if it is a 4 point it is a giant. LOL!
What we do have is Space. Tons of it. Low deer numbers and tons of space equal tough hunting. Especially for the serious hardcore trophy hunter. Have you ever hunted your a$$ off, hiking from light to dark everyday for 3 weeks straight and only see 4 or 5 deer in that entire time? I have. Have you ever had a big buck standing 40 yards in front of you and you can't get a clear shooting lane for your 300 Win Mag because it is too thick. I have. Have you ever hunted in a 4 point or better hunt and have a big buck 40 yards in front of you but you can't get a point count on him because it is too thick? I have many many times. There is no pushing him out into an opening. As there are no openings. Maybe, just maybe, you are the one that has it good.

I wouldnt say we have it bad here in BC. Getting to hunt mule deer for 3 months is priceless, i wouldnt trade it for anything! We can also take 3 mule deer bucks in a season of hunting, who could complain about that?! The trade off for the long season is that it can be really tough hunting. All roads get pounded, so if you want any chance at a decent buck you have to walk into some remote country where the deer can put some age on. Im sure theres areas in the states where the hunting can be as tough as BC, but i dont think there is anywhere where the hunting could be harder.

Anybody catch the post of the guy selling the location of his honey hole ? He had taken many 18 to 20 inch mule deer and missed a monster 24 incher last year. It was a great post for the 30 minutes it was here. Then someone had the nerve to nuke the post.

Harry, what you missed were the adventures of ZIM. Indiana's lone super hero, who can drag a buff out of the nastiest canyons in the Henry Mountains single-handed. Unfortunately during his adventures, he was deflowered by a lone bull named Tonto, never to be heard from again.

Fortunately, the loss of ZIM will prove to be a crippling blow to USO, in their quest to rape, pillage and monopolize the west in search of filthy lucre.
