wyoming public land or trespass fees?

I am planning a deer hunt to Northeast Wy, Region C in Oct. I know there's not of public land, but I like the open prarie where it is easy to see the deer. Any suggestions for locations or ideas on how to find land owners who allow hunters for trespass fees?
