Close Call for Camp Williams Buck

I was making my usual trip from Utah County to Salt Lake County this morning (2:30 am), when I noticed a car in front of me hit his brakes. I slowed down, and as I neared the top of the hill by Camp Williams, there in my headlights, stood the famous Camp Williams buck, and the smaller wide 4 X 4 that he hangs around with. THe bucks were just standing on the side of the road (west side), they had either just crossed the road, or were waiting to cross the road. Either way, they are in grave danger if they keep making this dangerous crossing. People go too fast along this road, and there is always dead deer that have been hit.
I have really enjoyed watching this deer all fall, and would really hate to see him hit my a car. For all you shed hunters, both deer were still packing their head gear.
