Colorado Points

Sorry to be such a tard, but does anyone know if you can apply or buy points for colorado? Can you apply online? I don't have time to hunt out of state this year, but I would like to start accruing points. The deadline is soon and I don't want to miss it for the 5th year in a row. (Procrastination is a killer.)

You can apply on online for a preference point but you have to send in the full cost of the licenses. It will be refunded after the draw is done and you will gain a point for each species you applied for.
