WY Carcass Transportation

Recently I ran across a thread about WY changing it's policies on carcass transportation, but I can't find anything on the G&F website. Anybody have any info on this? In the past years, I've just driven back to Denver and had my animal processed locally.

New regs apply for transporting animals taken in CWD areas. Basically can't transport brains or spinal cords. Leave in field or deposit in an approved landfill.
