Arizona comformation

I just called Arizona to see if they recieved my check and application for the fall draw. All they told me is that they had know way to tell me that information. She said they wouldn't know until they are all in. WOW, by then it's too late. So now I've got max deer bonus points and if for some reason this years gets lost in the mail Im screwed! I can't believe that thousands of people are sending hundreds of dollars each and Arizona does'nt know wheather they got it or not!!! How about that customer service.
Mabye theres somthing Im missing, help would be appriciated.

you just answered your own question. "thousands of people are sending...." That should tell you right there. What do you want them to do sort through all of them and find YOUR name. They already waste enough money they don't need to pay someone to answer the phone and look through names on an application. Plus, if you sent it in early enough, either before the 24th or 27th, I'm not sure which, they will call and let you know if there is a problem with the application. You must have missed that part. OOPS.

It is the 27th. But I don't know if that meant postmarked by the 27th, or recieved by the 27th. I couldn't find the details on it, but the way it was worded, I believe it had to be recieved by the 27th for them to get back to you on any errors.

Usually it is recieved by not postmarked for anything sent to AZGFD.

Me and my hunting party all sent ours in well in advance. Sure enough, one of my hunting partners got a call because he forgot to sign one of his apps. MAX POINTS, YOU'RE CRAZY NOT SENDING IT IN EARLY.

If I were you I would be checking to see if the checks clear, if they have not cleared by the last day, I would go down the the G&F office and hand deliver.

Well, some of the other guys that have posted make a good point. The G&F will receive a crap load of mail & all they can do is open one letter at a time. They are doing this at our request. If you have something wrong with your app I'm pretty sure they'll let you know.

Sorry, Conformation not comformation!

But my question is knowing if they even recieved it, not corrections. With all the apps they are recieving this year there are bound to be some lost within the azdfg or the mail. Mabye in a week or so you can call and see. I would just like to protect my investment in AZ. You know, max points and alot of unused licenses. This is why I like the internet app because you can get immidiate CONFORMATION!
